Updater not "Updater"ing 2.3 properly

With apologies to my 4th grade english teacher, I've been having errors using the auto updater to update to 2.3.

The error occurs in the cep2_coreX files everytime. The specific error message is:

[.\erf.c:516 WIN32] short write on ERF resource data to temporary update storage

Everytime I run the updater it gets to the latest coreX file and gets that error. If I run it again it finishes the file, but I get the error on the next coreX file. In other words, I've run it four times, and I just got the error on cep2_core4.

Any suggestions on a fix? Can I download the individual 2.3 haks so I don't have to keep running the updater (or grab the 700MB download?).
